Craving Satisfied with Boneless Pork Ribs
It has been a difficult week for healthy eating. I am thinking it could be diet exhaustion. I don’t know.
I have satisfied a few cravings, one for boneless pork ribs included. I also did not exercise all that much this week.
The side effects of the unhealthy eating and lack of exercise are almost immediately apparent. I just did not have the same energy level. I also felt bummed about not following my plan.
The one thing that I think has the most impact on me is the lack of movement on the scale. I am still down about 90 pounds from my peak weight, but I do not have the momentum of successful weight loss over the last few weeks.
Specially designed to put you on the fast track to weight loss success!

I am proud of my accomplishment, but I cannot stop here. I am still overweight, and I can stand to lose another 70 pounds, at least. I need to figure out how to re-energize my efforts.
Although eating the boneless pork ribs made me feel good, eventhough they weren’t the best I’ve had, I should not be eating food to feel good. I should be focused on increasing my activity and feeling good about that.
Now that the work week is over, I am aiming to get my head clear abut my weight loss journey. I am going to figure out how to refocus my efforts. What are some things you have done to refocus your efforts to lose weight and reach your goal?
