Finding the Courage to Get on the Scale

I finally got back on the scale today, and the number does not make me happy. I cannot believe how quickly I have gained weight.

I guess it makes sense. I stopped exercising, and I started eating what I want. So, the weight started coming back.

By getting on the scale today, I have created focus again on what I need to do. I ate my healthy meals today, and I exercised, too.

One day of good eating and exercising is good, but I need to keep this up everyday. I really want to do extra exercise, so I don’t have to be sooooo perfect with my diet.
