Weigh Day and Scorecard Update
I created a scorecard a little while ago, and I finally kept track of my progress for a whole week. I share the results in this video.
The scorecard lists the big things I need to do on a daily basis to move me closer to my weight loss goals (e.g., eat well, drink water, exercise). It is a great visual; I can look at it quickly and see how I did for the week. Plus, it feels great to put a check in the box (as opposed to an X).

Here is my “Healthy Living Checklist”. It is pretty basic, but it is such a great visual for me. I love putting green checkmarks in the boxes.
