Another Free Way to Get More Exercise
If you’ve been to my blog or follow me on Twitter, you may already be familiar with some of the exercise I do (see lower righthand corner). When I do something outdoors and out of the ordinary, I usually wear my Garmin GPS watch to keep track of my journey.
I’ve hiked and biked, but I’ve started something new over the last couple of weeks, and I really like it! Let me know if you do this, too!

I mix it up too. We have a two mile loop in our neighborhood that I take the dogs on. Got to or the treadmill gets pretty boring!!
