Please Take All My Money

My morning commute took an unexpected turn this morning when a warning light come on inside my car. I paid a quick visit to the mechanic, but that’s not what this video is about.

After I left the mechanic, the money in my pocket led me to a bad decision at a popular restaurant. Sure, I saw the commercial, but I don’t think that’s the reason I stopped. is a paid affiliate of Nutrisystem, Inc.

  • LOL I love how you compare McD’s to Dunkin…Not sure why you are beating yourself up here? You had probably 500 calories. So What! If you take that 500 away from your daily calories goals it just means you don’t get more later…It really helped me to not look at food like good or bad. I look at it as plus and minus. If I have that, then I can’t have that. I regularly get pizza on the weekends. But that is just against my calorie bank is all…

Even if you gave all your money away or didn’t carry cash, they always take plastic…

I liked the cat stealing the show…

I like the plus and minus idea. If I did that, I probably wouldn’t have beat myself up about the DD stop. However, I didn’t really change the way I ate the rest of the day.

  • No audio on this computer so I’ll have to watch it tonight. Sounds like you indulged in something you probably shouldn’t have? Well, don’t beat yourself up too bad. We can’t change the past, all we can do is move forward.
