You had probably 500 calories. So What! If you take that 500 away from your daily calories goals it just means you don't get more later...It really helped me to not look at food like good or bad. I look at it as plus and minus. If I have that, then I can't have that. I regularly get pizza on the weekends. But that is just against my calorie bank is all...
