I Climb the Stairs…

Here’s what I started doing to get a little bit of extra exercise each day. It’s not a lot right now, but it’s a start.

  • I loved this!!!! I loved how you looked at the camera between floors, it was funny. You made the exercise real and put a bit of your personality in it by doing that. I haven’t been following you too long but so far this is my favorite video. Keep up the stair walking. I can’t wait to see next week’s results, you will have a loss if you keep this up, for sure!
