Weigh Day 04/19/2010

After a three-week absence, I get on the scale. I’ve been sick. I’ve been on vacation. I ate lots of crap. So, how did the scale treat me?

My absence gave me time to think about what I need to do to get back on track and stay there. I know for sure this community is important. I have some more ideas, too. Stay tuned.

  • It’s good to see you online again. I hope you can get back into your groove again. It’s hard when you have things that throw you off. God knows I’ve had these moments and sometimes I feel like I’m just a choice or two away from being back at the beginning. Just remember that yesterday and the prior days don’t make a bit of difference if you move on from here. Start fresh and continue on the journey. You can do this! Let me know if there’s any way that I can encourage you, of if there’s anything that I can do to help.
