			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before you tell me, I&#8217;ll say it.  I am way behind on my &#8220;Biggest Loser:  Families&#8221; episodes.  I have been watching the shows while I exercise, but the two-hour episodes take forever to complete.</p>
<p>I still like watching the show.  I understand and appreciate the challenge each contestant faces.  Also, I learn a few things here and there that help me with my journey. </p>
<p>I just recently watched the episode with the &#8220;Eat This, Not That&#8221; challenge.  I have seen the book before, but I never stopped to take a closer look.  It just didn&#8217;t get my attention.</p>

<p>However, the challenge was very interesting to me.  I have been so focused on my NutriSystem Advanced meals, and I have classified them as healthy.  However, I have not yet really begun to understand the choices I will need to make, after I reach my goal with NutriSystem Advanced.</p>
<p>I thought the choices in the challenge would be obvious.  I thought I would easily recognize the &#8220;Eat This!&#8221;, but it was not so clear-cut.  Obviously, the challenge was intentionally hard, but the author explained some basic rules about making the right choices.  For example, anything with &#8220;The Works&#8221; is not good.</p>
<p>I cruised over to Amazon.com and &#8220;looked inside&#8221; the book at the table of contents.  I am so curious now to learn more, and I think this book will be a great tool for making the transition to maintenance.  That&#8217;ll give me about six months to read it!</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong>  Blueberry Muffin; Egg; Orange; Bread, oatmeal; Morning Coffee</p>
<p><strong>Morning Snack:</strong>  Cottage Cheese, 1% Fat; Applesauce, unsweetened<br />
Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup; Mushrooms, raw; FF Dressing</p>
<p><strong>Afternoon Snack:</strong>  Zesty Herb Snack Mix</p>
<p><strong>Dinner:</strong>  Stroganoff Sauce with Beef and Noodles; Broccoli, cooked; Mandarin Oranges; Oil, canola, olive, peanut, safflower; Sweet Potato</p>
<p><strong>Dessert:</strong>  Chocolate CaramelBar</p>
<p><strong>Drinks:</strong>  Crystal Light; water</p>
<p><strong>Exercise:</strong>  30 minutes on the recumbent bike at 138 bpm.  50% of weekly exercise goal is complete.</p>
<p><strong>Pedometer:</strong>  ?</p>
