Which Challenge Would You Do?

Sometimes it is necessary to get out of the exercise routine and try something new. There’s nothing like a challenge to change your focus.

Another Free Way to Get More Exercise

If you’ve been to my blog or follow me on Twitter, you may already be familiar with some of the exercise I do (see lower righthand corner). When I do something outdoors and out of the ordinary, I usually wear my Garmin GPS watch to keep track of my journey.

I’ve hiked and biked, but I’ve started something new over the last couple of weeks, and I really like it! Let me know if you do this, too!
