Eating Intuitively

I set out to walk about three miles on a cold Florida morning at “Stormwater Treatment Area 1W”. However, an unclear map (and maybe some poor planning) increased the hike from three miles to nine! Yes, nine! I think I deserve a “check plus” on my weekly scorecard for that amount of exercise.
