Weigh Day with Scorecard 2/15/10
No matter what kind of week I’ve had trying to eat healthily and exercise, it’s important to me that I get on the scale each week. It’s the weekly reminder I need to stay focused on my goals.
I had a mixed week with some highs and some lows. From the Italian takeout to the nine-mile hike, it was hard to tell what the scale would show.

Weigh Day and Scorecard Update
I created a scorecard a little while ago, and I finally kept track of my progress for a whole week. I share the results in this video.
The scorecard lists the big things I need to do on a daily basis to move me closer to my weight loss goals (e.g., eat well, drink water, exercise). It is a great visual; I can look at it quickly and see how I did for the week. Plus, it feels great to put a check in the box (as opposed to an X).
